CRC Maintenance Program

Your home is one of the largest investments you make in life. Your roof not only protects that investment, it also plays a part in your home’s beauty. Whether your roof is new or nearing its life expectancy, proactive inspections and scheduled roof maintenance can provide many long-term benefits and can eventually help to minimize the cost of a full replacement.

This is how the program works:

, CRC Maintenance Program

No matter what kind of roof you have, it’s a good idea to have it inspected once or twice a year. Each year, we will schedule gutter cleaning / maintenance repairs / roof checks for those customers that sign up. This takes one more thing off your to-do list, so you can get back to living your life and allows us to better serve you. All you have to do is decide if you want us to visit once or twice a year. We will then create an agreement. Once it is signed and returned, your work is automatically scheduled and a notification email will be sent to you, to confirm your place on the schedule.

The maintenance program is completely customizable to suit your needs and includes:

  • General Roof Inspection

  • Replace Damaged / Loose Shake

  • Inspect Flashing

  • Check for Fungus / Moss

  • Check and Clean Gutter System

Recommendations for follow-up services, including cedar wash and preservation, staining, repairs and replacement, with proposal of work included.
